We urge you to co-operate and do this at your earliest so as not to cause unnecessary delays. If we don't find your PAC username, your refund will be paid to another member whose ID we can find.

For members who are owed SP Refunds, please make sure you have alternative PP IDs in your profile. You will be paid to anyone of the PPs you have listed in your profile.
