New Support Staff
We have a new employee now here at PIFT. His name is Chris and he will be answering support tickets, approving sites, and helping out with everything else. Some of you may have already had a support ticket answered by him or may have talked to him in the Chat Room. I will still be answering some support tickets and dropping by the Chat Room from time to time. But, with Chris's help I will now be able to focus more time on generating outside income and working on other projects. Chris actually comes in and works in the Office with me Mon-Fri. He is not someone that just works a couple hours here and there on the Internet.

Chat Room
Speaking of the Chat Room. It's important that everyone knows the Chat Room is located on another site outside of PIFT. So, I highly recommend that you bookmark the Chat Room or write the location somewhere. If PIFT ever goes down for some reason, you can go to the Chat Room and see what is going on. Chris is also in and out of the Chat Room during the day. If you have a question, he may be able to answer it right then.

Support Hours
Since we have more additional help now. We are going to try and do most of the work for PIFT during regular business hours. This includes answering support tickets, approving sites, doing payments, etc. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. On weekends and holidays we will still keep an eye on support tickets, etc. but if it's not urgent you may not get a resonse until the next business day. I was generally up to 2-3 in the morning working. But, I am trying to force myself to have a normal set amount of hours I work daily. I do have a family, so this will allow me more time to spend with them. Plus, it would be nice to actually be able to sleep a decent amount of time each night. :)

More Ways to Purchase Ad Levels
I get quite a few emails from members asking how they can fund their account other than the payment processors we are using. So, here are some other ways you can fund you account.
1) Cashiers Check, Check, or Money Order - Send us a Support Ticket and we will give you all the details on where to send it.
2) Credit Card - Some members are having problems using Credit Card thru AlertPay. Send us a Support Ticket and I may have another solution for you. Just state how many Ad Levels you want to purchase.
3) StrictPay - Many members in the USA are not aware, but you can fund your StrictPay account by making a deposit at any Bank of America branch. I know Bank of America isn't everywhere in the USA, but they do have many locations. So, this is a great option if you have a Bank of America near you. Just open up a StrictPay account, get verified, and make a deposit.
